Those who want to own a vehicle and drive it with peace of mind must have a driver's license. A driving school is a mandatory training that candidates must attend. In this course, candidates are given general information about vehicles and traffic, as well as emergency aid training. In addition, driving lessons are given to apply the candidate's theoretical knowledge in practice.

Theoretical information is given on many different topics within the scope of the training program provided to driver candidates. In addition to traffic rules, engine, and first aid lessons, practical applications in traffic are shown. The driver candidate, who is given the skill of driving practically with an expert driver, is also given special driving lessons if they wish. The prices of driving schools are determined according to the tariff regulated by the state. The candidate must pay the fee according to the determined tariff for the license class they want to obtain. In addition to the course fee, candidates agree to pay an extra fee for the special driving lessons they want to take. Candidates who complete the course and are eligible to take the exam also pay the exam fee and the driving test fee separately. Candidates who pass all these exams successfully can apply for a license at the police department. For license application, candidates must have the file obtained from the driving school, the financial fee according to their class, a photograph, and a blood group document with them.
