I suppose that Google's sole domination of the market always brings us tough times. On the other hand, Google gives us everything we need. Google Analytics, Google's counter service, is just one of them. Google Analytics is the most comprehensive, most advanced, and cheapest, i.e., free, counter service you can find on the market. Have you ever seen another website providing such comprehensive services for webmasters? Google Analytics offers us information about where hits come from, their keywords, sources, how much time is spent on the site, and thousands of other advanced features we can't list. As there is no other counter system this advanced yet, Google Analytics is the best counter until a better one is made.
