Attention to Those Appointed While in the Military
It should be known that examination and placement systems generally occur in two different ways and situations. After the KPSS A course training, the necessary placements are made after a certain period of time. Accordingly, some candidates may be in the military during these situations and periods. All candidates who are placed in a job in the public sector according to the Public Personnel Selection Examination, i.e., KPSS, but whose appointments cannot be made because they are in the military, will no longer lose their right to appointment according to the new law and regulation. Previously, candidates who were placed in a public institution or organization with KPSS results but whose appointments could not be made by the relevant institutions or were canceled because they did not start their duties during this period due to being in the military, their appointments were canceled. The Public Personnel and Recruitment Presidency did not present a clear view regarding candidates experiencing such situations. Accordingly, the presidency made significant changes in its stance on this issue, and candidates who are placed in any public institution or organization as a result of central placement procedures but whose appointments cannot be made due to being in the military at the time of placement must complete their military service. Accordingly, it is stated that their appointments should be made if they apply to the institutions and organizations where they were placed.
How Should Effective Learning and Study Be Ensured?
All students must first and foremost set their short-term and long-term goals. In the fields of effective learning and study within the scope of KPSS A courses, they must organize their study environments, and no objects or items that could distract them should be placed in front of their study desks or at their eye level. At the same time, mobile or fixed materials should absolutely not be placed. Study environments must be free from noise, music, or TV sounds. On the other hand, when students get distracted or tend to daydream, they should ventilate their rooms and refocus their attention by doing simple exercises. It is recommended to consume light foods before studying; excessive fullness or hunger are among the major factors that prevent studying.
