How to Rent a Shopping Mall Stand?
Stands, one of the rentable spaces in shopping malls, are small presentation areas rented out in the open sections of malls, unlike stores. The most important feature of stands in shopping malls is that despite their rents being much lower than stores, they can provide very high returns with the right projects. For this reason, many small investors have preferred renting stands over renting shops in malls in recent years. However, for the project to be successful and to truly provide high returns, it absolutely depends on making the right investment decision. The increasing number of stands in shopping malls every day makes it difficult to come up with a different project, and it is also important to find original ideas by following international trends. All companies serving for this purpose are professional brands serving in this field and work to lead investors to success.
Is a Shopping Mall Stand Advantageous?
The criteria for renting stands in shopping malls or applying to open a new stand are subject to certain conditions. The first of these is that a second brand is absolutely not allowed to sell a product or service already present within the mall. In other words, if there is an existing boiled corn sales stand operating in the mall, an application for a new boiled corn sales stand, even for a different floor, is rejected. Therefore, to open a stand, you either need to come up with a new idea or find a shopping mall that has not yet realized your idea. Consulting firms will assist you in finding new sales areas as well as determining the right shopping mall to implement your project. With the right project and a successful shopping mall, they will enable you to establish a stand that will definitely bring you high returns. In addition to having lower rents, shopping mall stands offer many advantages by allowing you to reach customers who do not like entering stores as easily with an open sales area, and therefore continue to attract high application demands.
